These are the work of a friendly, talented, and generous etsy seller named Robert Wu, of Toronto. I've bought from him before, and this time I bought two new protractors and a gorgeous greeting card. He sent an extra protractor, so I'm extra lucky to have his work in my ruler collection.
Each protractor unfolds to show hand-drawn/to-scale linear markings, and the outsides have the markings incised into the paper. (Look closely at the pink one below.)
